We had a wonderful experience at Stor U Self in Ch...arlestown! We stored for 3 years. Everything is very clean, nice and well-run. The gentlemen who run this location are lovely and they have a nicely renovated lobby/bathroom!

The Complex is outstanding they have it all over ...the other storage companies around.
Walter Pollock is the General Manager he gave us a tour with such precision, I felt like I was back in the military We started to talk about the military it was not that why I went with this company it was Walters personality you can tell. He truly cares about his customers and their needs..
We had such a great experience renting the storage unit we decided to rent a truck from STOR U SELF WELL BESIDES WALTER WE MET JON HE IS THE ASSISTANT MANAGER.
WALTER GOT US STARTED WITH THE TRUCK IN THE MORNING .
WE BROUGHT BACK THE TRUCK RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING JON WAS GETTING READY TO LOCK THE FRONT DOORS HE CAME OUT TO US MADE SURE WE WERE TOTALLY ALLSET WITH THE TRUCK HE ALSO MADE SURE WE PUT GAS IN THE TRUCK TOOK OUT ANY MOVING SUPPLIES WE BROUGHT JUST A GREAT WAY TO CHECK ON CUSTOMERS.

This is my first experience in using storage facil...ity, but Walter and Jonathan made everything so pleasant, positive, and easy.
Johnathan gave me a tour and showed me the different options, including talking through which size and location would best suit my needs given that my immediate need for storage is different from when I'm storing additional items later this summer. Walter was very informative in helping make the whole sign-up/reservation process easy and smooth and providing additional information about the facilities, which were immaculately clean and very secure. Walter even checked in on me and helped out with my first day of moving things into storage. Both Walter and Jonathan were always friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. Great people! Great experience!

Did not know what to expect being my first time us...ing a storage facility, it completely exceeded my expectations on every level. The facility is so clean and so functional, the units are so well maintained. From the first day moving in my belongings, Jonathan was there to ask if we needed any help moving our stuff in or any thing he could do to help us and was very knowledgeable about the size of unit we needed. When leaving our storage unit, Walter had the rental truck all set for us and made the process so easy. Would highly recommend this facility and the employees are so professional and helpful. Thanks to them made our moving experience pleasant.

From our first phone call .... he answered all our
questions and was there when we moved in making
sure we had what was needed.
This facility has easy access off main road, it's bright
new, and clean.
