Ann Marie made the initial check-in painless and quick Gino gave me the rules package and showed me around. I was set up real quick and I was loading the unit right away. There’s a Home Depot next door and the bus top is right in front of the place.

I was treated very well by Al at the Portland Ct location. Al was informative, friendly and professional in explaining everything to me.

Really impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the management and staff. Really easy to deal with. I have only been using their indoor storage for a week now but the facility is much better than I expected. Very safe, very clean, the climate control is good. I'm expecting to store my stuff for approx. 6 months, so I'm happy that I picked this place.

The best part of our moving experience was renting a unit in Westborough for odd items we didn’t want to pay the movers $320/ hour to move. The facility is immaculate. Well lit inside too. I have been a very satisfied customer of Stor-U-Self in Bifield, Ma. for over ten years. Their staff has always been extremely helpful. The facility is Climate controlled, always very clean, very well maintained, and very safe and secure. I have rented other non-climate controlled units from other facilities in the past and only to find that my stored possessions have been ruined by water droplets which have formed on the units ceiling and then rained down on, and damaged, every object I was storing in the unit. This has never been and never will be a concern for me with my items stored at Stor-U-Self. Steve P. Georgetown, Ma.

I am a long time storage facility customer in many places around the country. I am very particular about two (2) things: management & accommodations. Dennis and the team run an exceptional place! Sharon went above and beyond to assist me with my move-in particulars. I could not recommend Stor-U-Self more highly! You can be confident and rest assured that all everything is perfect. Further, this place is just super in terms of location (convenient off the highway) and ammenities with loading and access to units being the best I've ever had anywhere. It is nice to be able to stay organized and "work" with things in a very clean environment with additional space to take a break, have a drink of water, and use the bathroom even during after office access hours. Last, the pricing is great - not just for the area but as I've expereinced at other storage facitilites in San Franciso, Los Angeles, Kansas, Charlotte, and New Jersey. Erase doubt and do not hesitate to move-in...you may never want to move out!

I could not be happier with the cleanliness, efficiency and customer service I’ve experienced here with this team.
