Storage in Plymouth

Walter has been easy to work with and has made our experience easy and efficient. The storage facility is clean and organized. The individual unit was also very clean. I would highly recommend this facility and will definitely use it again when the need arises.

I cant say enough good about my experience with U- Stor in Plymouth. Walter and Jon made my whole experience from renting a Penske truck to securing a storage unit so easy. The facility is clean and very secure. Unloading our truck was made so easy as you just drive in out of the weather and go for it. I will definitely use them again and recommend anyone in need of storage and/or a truck to use them. I give them 5 out of 5 stars.

This is a very clean facility, with excellent customer service, and the added benefit of music throughout the premises. What's not to love!

Impeccably clean and secure location; staff is very helpful and informative; and the ease of use and convenience is exceptional. I was unsure how I'd feel about having my belongings inside a storage facility but I have total confidence in the Stor-U-Self in Plymouth and am grateful to have found it.

Walter was was very pleasant and you could tell he enjoyed his job. The facility is great. Can't beat unloading indoors out of the weather. Loved the rows being labeled as streets! Made it easy to find your unit. We were able to get our unit with special web pricing.

Moving in process was very easy to move in lots of carts all around. The management was very friendly and helpful. And the cost to move in was much less than I thought it would be and better price and the other Storage place down the street.

We have had an excellent experience so far at the Plymouth location. The facility is immaculate, staff professional and friendly and rates are very competitive, so once we heard such good things from our friends we went straight to storuself Plymouth! Walter and John are terrific!

We just rented a unit to store our household belongings while in the process of building a new home. Right upon entry to the facility, we were greeted by Walter, who could not be any friendlier and helpful. He thoroughly explained the details of the facility and how things work. The entire place is immaculate. We feel extremely comfortable leaving our things there due to cleanliness and safety. They also work with Penske rental trucks and Walter made that process so easy as well. Who knew renting a storage unit could feel so personal?!

I have rented storage space around Plymouth and in Florida for the past 30 or so years. This is by far the BEST facility I have ever rented from!! Jonathan could not have been more helpful and courteous! Their price is the best around, also!!

My husband & I were recently looking for a storage unit. I’m so glad the this was our first stop. There was no need to look any further !! The storage facility is so bright & clean. The garage that enables us to pull in to unload with no worries about the weather is such an added bonus. Walter was great !! He took us on a tour of the facility & showed us a few different sized units which helped us visualize what size we would need. We’ve already recommended Stor U Self to a few people. This is a super clean place, you drive in to unload. They have an elevator to access the 2nd floor along with carts you can use. Walter was super nice. Gave me a tour and explained how everything worked. Super nice guy. I highly recommend this place plus the rates are super competitive.

The Complex is outstanding they have it all over the other storage companies around. Walter Pollock is the General Manager he gave us a tour with such precision, I felt like I was back in the military We started to talk about the military it was not that why I went with this company it was Walters personality you can tell. He truly cares about his customers and their needs.. We had such a great experience renting the storage unit we decided to rent a truck from STOR U SELF WELL BESIDES WALTER WE MET JON HE IS THE ASSISTANT MANAGER. WALTER GOT US STARTED WITH THE TRUCK IN THE MORNING . WE BROUGHT BACK THE TRUCK RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING JON WAS GETTING READY TO LOCK THE FRONT DOORS HE CAME OUT TO US MADE SURE WE WERE TOTALLY ALLSET WITH THE TRUCK HE ALSO MADE SURE WE PUT GAS IN THE TRUCK TOOK OUT ANY MOVING SUPPLIES WE BROUGHT JUST A GREAT WAY TO CHECK ON CUSTOMERS.

This was my first encounter with a storage facility. Stor-U-Self in Plymouth is immaculate and very well maintained. Walter and John were both very helpful on the phone, and Walter gave me a tour of the facility , fully explaining how everything works. A surprisingly pleasant experience that I highly recommend when you need storage space.

This faculty is impeccably clean. You drive inside what feels like an airplane hangar and unload with comfort. John was knowledgeable, personable and gave me an exhaustive tour. We looked at several units before settling on one. Absolutely the best storage facility I have used.

Went in yesterday to reserve a unit. I was blown away by the way Walter helped us gave us a tour explained everything. Walter is what customer service should be. Also the facility is spotless and amazing. Walter is the best of the best!! Will definitely send folks your way.

I was thrilled to find this storage facility in Plymouth. It is immaculate and customer service is outstanding. Both John and Walter have gone above and beyond to help me make the right choices regarding unit size. I feel so comfortable going in and out of this facility, to my storage. I am in my 60s and everything has been so easy to move my things in. I couldn't recommend any higher.

This is my first experience in using storage facility, but Walter and Jonathan made everything so pleasant, positive, and easy. Johnathan gave me a tour and showed me the different options, including talking through which size and location would best suit my needs given that my immediate need for storage is different from when I'm storing additional items later this summer. Walter was very informative in helping make the whole sign-up/reservation process easy and smooth and providing additional information about the facilities, which were immaculately clean and very secure. Walter even checked in on me and helped out with my first day of moving things into storage. Both Walter and Jonathan were always friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. Great people! We have used the Plymouth facility from July 2022 until February 2023 and we had a great experience. The personnel is very friendly and they do a great job at maintaining the facility immaculately ordered and clean. We loved the fact that we could park inside and access our storage within the facility. We would strongly recommend this site!

I’m convinced this is the best storage facility in Massachusetts. Went from Plymouth to Weymouth now back in Plymouth close to home at a great rate. Had multiple different units here already and the transition was smooth. Free coffee in the morning is the cherry on the top. 10/10

My mover thought that this was the best storage facility he has ever visited and he has seen many. He loved the secure drive- through where items can be unloaded in a nice dry area. Carts made taking items to the unit easy. My unit was clean, attractive, state-of-the -art, with lots of security. My price was fantastic and was a good deal less than a friend's at an older site. Jonathan, my rep, was wonderful to work with and made the signing up process very pleasant. He showed me how to lock the unit and helped me choose a size. He also came to check on moving day to make sure all went well. I now have had the storage room for over a year. I am getting ready to move and I bought my boxes from StorUSelf. Every visit I have had to get things out of my storage room have been pleasant and I continue to heartily recommend this great facility!

Best experience working with Walter. So friendly and accommodating and helpful. I called and looked at quite a few storage facilities in the South Shore and was not impressed. Some had climate control, some said not to worry about climate control, some did not look or appear safe, or not clean. Stor U Self in Plymouth is immaculate, safe and so easy to access. The facility is top-notch and working with Walter was so refreshing! Lots of storage options from small to very large. All my needs were met, and moving out of a family home of over 24+ years and wanting to store our belongings before we make our next move is a huge undertaking. Did not know what to expect being my first time using a storage facility, it completely exceeded my expectations on every level. The facility is so clean and so functional, the units are so well maintained. From the first day moving in my belongings, Jonathan was there to ask if we needed any help moving our stuff in or any thing he could do to help us and was very knowledgeable about the size of unit we needed. When leaving our storage unit, Walter had the rental truck all set for us and made the process so easy. Would highly recommend this facility and the employees are so professional and helpful. The Manager and especially the Assistant Manager, Johnathan Busby, are two of the most courteous and professional people I have had the pleasure, oh, did I forget patient, to work with. The facility in Plymouth is unique. Access to the units are from inside the building. The building also has a state of the art security system, dollies are readily available and a freight elevator makes it very easy to access units on the second level. I would vote 10 stars if I could.

Very professional clean well maintained great service

The facility is impeccable. It is clean, well designed and with very comfortable access. The issue of being able to offload one's vehicle inside the climate controlled facility is really satisfactory. John and Walter have been very helpful in assisting us with our needs for storage. We are moving to Plymouth and needed a safe and clean place for our goods, that will be there for another 4-6 months. Definitely we recommend this facility.

Walter was great for assistance with booking and the paperwork. On move in day, when we underestimated the size of the unit we needed. John really came through and ended up staying significantly past the office hours to ensure I had another unit with enough space. Highly recommend this facility and these two!

I recently moved to the Plymouth area and am very pleased to have chosen Stor-U-Self for my storage needs. It is a large, pristine, and secure facility. John and Walter at the front desk provide great customer service. They helped me select an appropriately sized unit in person and answered all my questions. I feel like I could contact them at any time and have their full attention. I recently went back to grab something from my unit and accessing to the facility was simple and seamless.

WIth an unexpected need for storage, I inquired about availability and was comfortably greeted by Walter who was able to accomodate my needs. Walter was personable, knowledgeable and completely open to full disclosure with all my questions. It was a pleasant experience with a gentleman who made me feel like I was talking to a friend. The units were easily accessible and had ample lighting. There was no pressure to conduct business and nothing was signed without full understanding and and a tour of the facilities.

This storage facility is by far the best that I have seen in Plymouth. Brand new and super clean. I still can’t grasp how great it is to be able to drive INTO the facility to load and unload. Walter and John have been kind, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable about the whole process.

Stor-U-Self is the one place you should definitely store all your stuff. We aren’t used to such personable and welcoming service but Walter is the best there is! Oh and the facility is outstanding! Very clean and very accessible units. Highely recommend.

I checked out several storage facilities in the Plymouth area, but didn’t need to look any further when I found Stor-U-Self! Between John’s AMAZING customer service, the sparkling clean brand new storage units, 365 day/year access, climate controlled building, lots of carts available in the parking area to minimize lugging, rental trucks available right on site, and the ability to drive right into the building, I was sold quickly on this facility! Moving is stressful enough, and needing to store your belongings while your life is in flux is even more stressful, but John goes way out of his way to make the whole process go smoothly! John even helped us to carry our heavy furniture out of the truck and figure out the best way to arrange it in our storage unit. If you need a temporary or long-term storage unit, I wouldn’t look any further than Stor-U-Self!

I called the Plymouth location and had the pleasure of talking to John. He was friendly, courteous and very informative. He took the time to review different price points and also told me of the different promotions available. I was unsure of the size to use….no problem he assured me, we’ll figure this out when your movers come. Move in day was yesterday and things couldn’t have gone smoother. Best storage place ever. We just moved here to a smaller place than we had before so we needed a storage unit for our stuff that couldn’t fit in our new place. I called around to a few places earlier in the week and they were all “ok” in the price wise and customer service friendly areas. My husband and I went to check out one place and they weren’t open on my husband’s only day off and really short hours the rest of the week. You had to get out and check in in the office. Drive across the street to the units. Then check back out in the office. (With 2 small children getting them out and then back in and then back out over wasn’t going to work.) Another place only had like 3 different size units, really small or really big. And only upstairs available at the moment, no elevator. (Once again, seemed kind of impossible to handle with 2 children and whatever stuff we were moving.) Another place gave us a quote and then when we went to sign up later told us about all these other fees that add on. Stor-U-Self looked big and fancy and really nice so I thought it would be way too expensive. But then online I saw, pay one month get the next month free. So I thought it would be worth it to check them out even if we only used them for two months while we found another unit. We walked in and immediately were like “Yep! This is what we want!” They we’re upfront about the one time and recurring fees. (Which if you have your own insurance you can use that, they don’t make you buy theirs unless you don’t have any at all.) They had so many different sized units so we could choose just the right one. They gave us a tour and showed us the sizes. The entire storage facility including the units and the parking, are all indoors. Well lit, and very clean. Not to mention temperature regulated. It was pouring rain and even snowed the week we moved so that right there was awesome. You set your own pin, or use a QR reader on the app for the keypad (which you drive right up to) to get in through the huge garage door. (Which by the way is all glass. I know this doesn’t really matter but I like that you can see outside and don’t feel like you’re in a dungeon. It’s the little things, lol). When they saw we had two small children they gave us a unit right on a corner at the beginning of an aisle so we could park the truck and could see them while we worked so we didn’t have to get them out. They have carts available for customer use which is cool if you don’t have your own dolly/hand cart. They have numerous cameras with live feed that display in lobby. There’s a bathroom inside the office. This place is new, and so far, they’re amazing. They were thorough with explaining how everything works, including access (which btw is everyday 7am - 9pm whether the office is open or not) what we were singing up for, and emailed us all our paperwork after. Their website is great and informative too. They were so nice and friendly to us. I am so happy we found Stor-U-Self when I was starting to stress out. They have made this move so much easier. I’m glad a have a safe, secure, easy, comfortable place for our stuff that works out great for us and our wants and needs too.

After calling around to get familiar with what was available in the area for storage my wife needed boxes and told me store-u-self is going to be where we are going to keep our worldly possessions while we are looking for a new home for them. Walter was great BUT John checked w Us in, was delightful to deal with and even helped me unload some larger items that were to much for me alone. The facility is priced in line for being new and clean. We have no problem entering there well lighted and secured facility at any hour of the day. Look no further store-u-self is in a class of there own and I highly recommend them if your property is important enough to keep as clean and temperature controlled as I want mine to be Craig austin

Extremely clean very well maintain facility that has a good variety of storage bins. I actually went with the smallest which was perfect for my needs and being in a temperature control environment which makes me feel good for my electronics I have store. Management is very helpful and knowledgeful an the facility is perfectly maintain and the rates seem reasonable to me.

This is a great storage facility. It is one of the few I have seen with drive in loading and unloading. Leasing a space was easy and painless. The place is spotless.

Walter at Stor-U-Self was so pleasant and very helpful to my boyfriend and I getting our first storage unit. The process was simple and easy. They've really thought of EVERYTHING. There's an app to use to get into the facility so even if it's raining you don't have to get out of your car to punch in the code. All the units are inside so you never have to worry about weather. They have carts available to wheel your storage around to your unit. All of the units are climate controlled. The facility is CLEAN and brand new. 10 out 10, A1! I highly recommend Stor-U-Self. Ask for Walter!

Just started my lease here and its the best storage facility ive ever seen very easy and accessible. The manager walter was very helpful and very nice. Really nice climate controlled units, and very useful parking garage to make it super easy to unload your car.

Walter was so helpful. The place is brand new and Immaculate. I absolutely love that I can drive through the building and not have to deal with the weather while I unload or reload.

This place must be brand new, it's the cleanest and nicest storage place I've ever been to. The staff was super friendly and made the whole rental process easy. The prices are less than what I paid elsewhere and it's climate controlled. They don't store cars though. YMMV.

State of the art facility. I wished I'd done my homework throughly the first time .John and Walter were extremely courteous and helpful.The fact you drive inside to unload or load is wonderful.The pricing is great. I'm actually paying less for a climate controlled unit here then I was paying for a non- climate controlled at my previous storage.Great place and people who staff it.
